• Content you post: signatures, messages, prayers, Hall of Fame submissions

We also collect technical data such as device, browser, IP address, and usage events.

Personal data is stored on managed cloud infrastructure with encryption at rest and in transit. Access is restricted to authorised personnel and audited.

We process your data to:

• Operate your profile, gifts, prayers, signatures, and Hall of Fame
• Process payments and settlements via Paystack
• Send transactional and security emails
• Detect and prevent fraud, abuse, and policy violations
• Improve the platform and develop new features
• Comply with legal obligations

We send emails for:

• Account verification and security
• Gift, settlement, and activation notifications
• Hall of Fame and Prayer Wall updates
• Service announcements

Transactional emails are essential to your account. You may unsubscribe from non-essential newsletters at any time.

Card and bank credentials are handled by Paystack, our PCI-DSS compliant payment processor. Sign-Out does not store full card numbers. We store transaction references, masked account numbers, and settlement metadata necessary to operate gifts and payouts.

We use privacy-respecting analytics to understand usage patterns and improve the platform. Analytics data is aggregated and does not target you personally for advertising.

We use industry-standard safeguards including encrypted transport (HTTPS), encrypted storage, row-level security on our database, role-based access controls, and audit logging. No system is perfectly secure; please use a strong unique password and notify us if you suspect a compromise.

Depending on your jurisdiction, you may have the right to:

• Access the personal data we hold about you
• Correct inaccurate data
• Request deletion of your account and associated data
• Object to or restrict certain processing
• Withdraw consent for non-essential processing
