Terms & Conditions

Sign-Out provides digital graduation experiences and related services, including:

• Digital Sign-Out profiles
• Signatures and farewell messages
• Prayer walls
• Hall of Fame
• Love Gifts
• Digital memory preservation
• Optional physical framing services

We may add, change, or retire features at any time to improve the platform.

When you create a Sign-Out account you agree to:

• Provide accurate, current, and complete information
• Protect your account credentials and not share them with others
• Keep your profile information up to date
• Notify us promptly of any unauthorised use of your account

You are responsible for everything that happens under your account.

Email verification may be required before you can:

• Activate your profile
• Collect gifts
• Participate in Hall of Fame
• Enable your Prayer Wall
• Set up a payout account

We use verified email addresses to send transactional notices, security alerts, and gift confirmations.

An activation fee may apply before certain features are unlocked. Activation fees:

• Are non-refundable once activation has been successfully completed
• Are separate from gift transactions and are never deducted from gift amounts
• Do not guarantee that you will receive gifts, signatures, or any particular level of engagement
• Do not guarantee popularity or Hall of Fame selection

Activation gives you access to the feature set; outcomes depend on how you use the platform.

Love Gifts are voluntary contributions from visitors to graduates. They are not investments, loans, or purchases of goods or services. By sending or receiving a Love Gift you acknowledge that:

• The gift is voluntary
• The full revenue-sharing model applies (see the Gift Policy)
• Successful gifts are non-refundable after Paystack confirms the transaction
• Paystack settlement timelines are outside Sign-Out's control

To collect gifts you must provide a valid Nigerian bank account and pass our verification checks, including:

• Correct account number and bank
• Account name that matches your verified identity
• Successful creation of a Paystack subaccount

We may suspend or disable gift collection if payout verification fails, if Paystack reports the account as inactive, or if we detect fraud or abuse.

Hall of Fame participation is offered at our discretion and requires admin review. Inclusion in Hall of Fame:

• Is not guaranteed
• May be approved, rejected, suspended, or removed at any time
• Does not entitle you to compensation

We may remove Hall of Fame status for any reason, including violations of these Terms or our Community Guidelines.

Prayer Walls are intended for blessings, encouragement, positive messages, and graduation prayers. We do not permit:

• Hate speech, harassment, or threats
• Fraudulent or deceptive content
• Sexually explicit or otherwise offensive material

We may hide, remove, or moderate any prayer or message that violates this policy or our Community Guidelines.

You retain ownership of the content you submit, including signatures, messages, prayers, photos, and Hall of Fame entries. By submitting content you grant Sign-Out a worldwide, non-exclusive, royalty-free licence to:

• Display, store, process, and publish your content
• Operate, promote, and improve the platform
• Format content for delivery across web, email, and printed memorabilia

You confirm that you have the rights to any content you upload and that it does not infringe anyone else's rights.

You may not:

• Impersonate another person or organisation
• Use fraudulent or stolen payment methods
• Manipulate gifts, signatures, or Hall of Fame rankings
• Abuse, reverse engineer, or attempt to disrupt the platform
• Upload malicious code or content
• Use Sign-Out for any unlawful activity

Violations may result in suspension, content removal, forfeiture of pending settlements, and permanent account closure.

Sign-Out is provided "as is". We do not guarantee uninterrupted availability, error-free operation, or any specific outcome. To the maximum extent allowed by law, Sign-Out, its founders, and its operators are not liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from your use of the platform.

You are responsible for backing up content that is important to you.

We may update these Terms from time to time. Material changes will be announced in-app and, where appropriate, will require renewed acceptance. The "Updated" date at the top of this page reflects the current version.
